  1. How do I redeem samples?
    Head over to our website at and click on “Free samples”. You’re allowed to pick a maximum of 3 sample products that you’d like your furkid to try. Add the products you’ve selected in your cart and you’re ready to check out! Samples are free, however you are only required to pay a minimal postage fee.

  2. What are the redemption rules?
    You’re only allowed to redeem up to 3 sample products at each time, additional redemption orders will not be processed.

    After redeeming your samples, you are required to:
    1. Leave a review of each product on Purjourr
    2. Leave a posted review on your Instagram account

    This renews your eligibility to redeem other sample products.

  3. How do I leave a review on the website?
    On our website at, please:

    1. Select the product that you are reviewing.
    2. Scroll down to the review section of the page.
    3. Click on the button “Write a Review” and fill in the required fields. 4. To post your review hit “submit review” and you’re good to go!

    Don’t forget to add in a picture of your furkid with the product tested! We’re always looking forward to get to know our customers!

  4. Why was my order cancelled?

    1. If you have not left a review on a previously redeemed sample, we will not process your order.
    2. If you have exceeded the maximum redemption number (capped at 3 products each time), and/or If you did not include a photo in the review section.
    3. we have the right to terminate your order for various reasons.

  5. What is the difference between a “Helpful Review” and a “Unhelpful Review”?
    At Pawjourr, we’re always open to receive authentic and honest reviews to educate the pet community.

    We highly encourage our users to leave helpful reviews that are honest and informative about what you/your furkid liked about the product!

    An example of a helpful review:
    “I love the smell of these chips! Small treats are great for training and ensuring I dont over eat. My pawrents were a worried that wouldn’t like the vegetable flavour but they’re happy to know that I’ve proven them wrong. healthy - Asuku Olivegeta quality premium treats put them at ease.     “Very Nice”/“Good product”/“My dog loves it so much!”

  6. What form of delivery does Pawjourr use?
    Depending on the weight of the products, we would either use normal mail postage *or Ninjavan delivery

    *please note that there is a risk of lost mail for normal mailing

  7. What happens if I do not receive my items?
    Don’t worry! If you have not received your products after a week, please send an email to our pawgents at . Please do let us know so we can check on your order and ensure that you won’t be banned from redeeming future products.
